The Minimal Effective Dose For Exercise
Got your interest, right? If you've not reached the point that moving your body feels akin to a Zen state (probably most of us) then you're gonna want to read this article.
The results are maybe surprising in that you can get a lot of the benefits of exercise, like you know, not dying early, with a very minimal dose of movement. We'd still doubt you get all the real benefits of a varied movement program from 20 minutes a week. But, if you're just starting to get used to moving we'd guess it's a lot easier to stick with than the 5 HITT sessions a week you signed up to at the gym in a fit of January productivity.
The best program is one you're going to stick with, so we're all for it.
