These are the terms on which we supply products and subscriptions to you. We have written them to be clear and direct — in the same spirit as everything else we do. Please read them. They protect both of us.

By placing an order with TOTEMIC, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Products

TOTEMIC supplies personalised, goal-based supplements in pre-measured daily sachets. Products are dispatched on a monthly subscription basis, tailored to the goals and preferences you select at the time of ordering.

All TOTEMIC supplements are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescribed medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Supplement formulations may occasionally be updated to reflect improvements in ingredient sourcing or formulation science. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance.

 

3. Your Subscription

How it works

When you subscribe to TOTEMIC, you are entering into a rolling monthly agreement. Your first order is processed at the time of sign-up. Subsequent orders are automatically charged and dispatched on your chosen monthly cycle.

Pausing and cancelling

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling it in your customer account  means our system won’t spit out an order to be fulfilled, cancelling the subscription. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date.

There are no minimum terms, no cancellation fees, and no arguments. We want you to stay because TOTEMIC works for you, not because the small print makes leaving difficult.

Changing your stack

You can update your Totem Block selection at any time before your next renewal date. Changes take effect on your next dispatch.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, and will always give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

Payment is taken via the method you provide at checkout. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Continued failure to process payment may result in your subscription being paused until the matter is resolved.

Any promotional pricing and discount codes are valid for the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly indicated.


5. Delivery

We dispatch orders within 3 working days of your order or renewal date. Delivery is typically within 2–5 working days.

Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. We currently only supply in the UK.

If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of your expected delivery date, please get in touch and we will investigate promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control,  but we will always do our best to resolve them.


6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind what we make. If something is not right, whether that is a product issue, a delivery problem, or simply that TOTEMIC is not what you expected, we want to know, and we will do right by you.

Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a first-time order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.

Because our products are personalised to your individual goals and are consumable, subsequent subscription deliveries may not qualify for the same statutory cancellation right. However, this does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Our approach in practice

We take a straightforward view on this. If you are not satisfied, contact us. We will review your situation and, in most cases, offer a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a credit — at our discretion, and applied fairly.

We do not believe that holding you to technicalities serves anyone well. Our approach is to be reasonable, and we ask the same in return.

To raise a return or refund request, email orders@wearetotemic.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.


7. Ingredients & Allergens

Full ingredient information for each Totem Block is listed on the relevant product page. It is your responsibility to review this information before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements.

All TOTEMIC products are formulated and manufactured in the UK. Like most supplement brands, individual ingredients are sourced from trusted global suppliers. UK manufacturing requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, covering quality control, traceability, and ingredient testing — standards we consider non-negotiable.

Our products are manufactured in facilities that may also handle common allergens including Milk, Soya & Fish products. Please contact us if you have specific concerns before placing an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the ingredient information and that TOTEMIC products are appropriate for your personal circumstances.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TOTEMIC website, including copy, product names, formulations, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to TOTEMIC. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed without our prior written consent.

The TOTEMIC name, Totem Block system, and associated brand elements are proprietary and may be registered or pending registration as trade marks.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TOTEMIC's liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the value of that order.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TOTEMIC products are intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Individual results will vary. We do not make guarantees about specific outcomes.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
