Absolutely. Our sachets are 100% plastic-free and fully certified as TUV home-compostable.

We wouldn't even build this before we sourced home (not 'industrial') compostable sachets. We even refused 'recyclable' sachets as that's another worm hole of not-what-you-think.

So yes, they're 100% plastic free. They're actually made from cellulose from renewable plant sources. And we don't even use plastic in the filling of your sachets.

Microplastics end here.

Where to begin? We started from the belief that hitting protein intake is a simple first step towards better fueling. We ended up aiming for your entire nutritional foundation (protein, essentials, energy plus targeted support for your specific goals) perfectly dosed into one simple daily ritual.

We thought long and hard about this. Subscriptions can be a real pain, not to mention a cash grab. A subscription to make the seats in your car heat up or mattress function, anyone?

However consistency is key for real results. TOTEMIC is designed to support your body daily—no forgotten tubs or skipped days. So in this case a subscription is a perfect extension of our zero hassle means full consistency approach.

But you're always in control: cancel, pause, or change your plan anytime. Even after one delivery, if you want, flexibility being a core component of health after all.

Unfortunately we're not vegan. But we're working on it.

While our primary protein is plant-based (Pea), our CORE block contains Vitamin D3 sourced from lanolin (sheep’s wool, no sheep were hurt in this process...), making it Vegetarian-friendly, but not vegan.

Additionally, our BOND block contains Bovine Collagen and Avian Chondroitin. We choose these specific sources to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness.

BOND is the only block that contains animal derived products. At the moment we can't see a viable non animal collagen source.

We would like to move CORE to a vegan source though, we're working on it. But as of now, all mixes contain CORE so they are not truly vegan.
